Marathon Plan "Bruno Heubi" 9 weeks

Hi all,

it makes some days I do not give out news of my PAC but we moved and are settled in a small house on the prairie:

That muscle work!

-

I have not followed the training of TAZ to the letter since the beginning of my nature and content to jog a few short sessions VMA ... bof bof. I juice, the shape but I have to face the fact I did not keep pace for a 10 km to 15 km / h ...

I do not present myself in St Priest end of the month to try to beat my personal record. Meeting place later in the season. Taz I abandon you but I do not want to disappoint you, so next time.

As stated in the post title I prefer to concentrate on the main goal of this year namely Annecy Marathon (April 18, 2010).

As it descends on the book by Bruno Heubi last Sunday I decided to follow his plan of training:

Bruno Heubis Marathon Plan 9 weeks / 5 weekly sessions

-

-

He dissected into 5 weekly sessions:

  1. VMA short (type 30/30, 200m or 300m)
  2. Footing Endurance 1:15
  3. Jogging + various accelerations of ten minutes. Look semi
  4. Footing (optional) 1h
  5. Output long marathon pace with labor

Unlike the plan proposed by Coach Taz "I remove a sitting VMA pace to run in order to save half the distance before going to Chambery March 28, 2010 (a desire to clock?)

Start of Training Plan February 15, 2010 that leaves me one week to do some track ;)
