Early morning departure for a release around the lakes matheysins kind. I point the nose outside it is still at 8 - 6 ° c: nb:

Direction the three lakes on the way, this first part is not difficult, we are at 950m the snow melted I going quietly along the lakes. Two of them (Pierre-Chatel and Petichet) are still frozen.

I just ran ten kilometers but in a shady part I'm freezing I decided not to follow the path to the end of Lake Laffrey but changing slope to get some sun and altitude, the direction ... 7th Wonder of the Dauphine !

I cut the RN85 " route Napoleon "to the tune of St Théoffrey to get back on the small hamlet of Gonthéaumes. There followed a path that climbs about 4km and 300D + on peaks:
