Balance Season 2011

Here is the SaintéLyon , Trail last big event of the year is past. Congratulations to all finishers but especially to Jean-Marc (Vice President of Team Trail Taillefer ), Bruno (winner of the challenge of trails South Isere 2011), Noostromo (bravo the dad!), Julien , Greg runner and Djailla the runnosphère ...

For me it was a big year that quickly leaning toward the Ultra without the knowledge of my own free will!

The delirium of the Ultra, I thought a little early this year but had to stop at the Eco-trail from Paris and Festival of the Templars for the big race with Fabrizio for his 40 gauges ...

The boy is "Injured" on the "dancefloor" earlier this year, I was alone without Lexel who played small arms (I did not know that Runmygeek would participate).

Columbia, the sponsor of Team Trail Taillefer invites us to Trail Verbier St Bernard . I jumped at the chance to rub me in the mountains, the route of 65km and 4000D + is tough but I am growing wings ...

And then there's Mister Compression , Benoit that warms me by mail to run the 110km loop and 9800M + D? He is not crazy ... type a few emails later I am on "the ride"!

Early July so we are with the entire team of Columbia and many bloggers to run both formats (you know who). A few hours later (25h still) I would end up with Ben my first ultra mountain of more than 100km !

Side injury, a sprained right ankle and tendinitis in his left ankle ... nothing serious, I will still reach the 3000km of running and especially 70000m altitude. I think his two minor injuries are not much.

, je pense UTMB , je bouffe UTMB , je saoule deja ma femme avec l' UTMB … bref il faut que je sois tiré au sort !! And next year? UTMB UTMB UTMB UTMB I dream, I think UTMB, UTMB I eat, I already drunk my wife with the UTMB ... in short it I must be drawn! I hope Doune will be too, it's been a while since I have to participate in a trail runner with the chablais!

Otherwise, well ULTRA ULTRA I like it! I became a big junkie, I'm irritable and lack if I am not entitled to my weekly jog and sometimes I need more 1:30 ... I know it's not good, I'm mallaaaadddeeeeeee! But i like (and I am far from alone given the number of participants in its Ultras).
