Return from Perpignan to the lunch break, I stop on the motorway service area of Mornas . Once changed in the parking lot, I go to a turnstile allowing pedestrians to leave the motorway at the fortress ...
I run few hundred meters before finding traces of yellow paint indicating a hiking trail. I will follow the tracks but after I lose a few miles after leaving "Mornas the Pines" ...
Not stressed, I decided to spin towards the hill on which is perched the fortress of Mornas.
After a bit of gardening I find myself at the foot of the ramparts of the city and I find my way following the signs to the fortress.
The city or rather the medieval village is wonderful:

It is 600m but 100D + to enter the fortress:

You can take guided tours and lively mid-March to mid-October (more info: http://www.forteresse-de-mornas.com )
And here is the work, the top is nice but the wind gusts to stay discourage me contemplate the 360-degree view with Mont Ventoux, the Dentelles, the Rhone Valley ...

I'm going down to the shelter to complete my photo shoot in the vinvin20 ... Back on the highway rest area, a hot drink and back to Grenoble!
Express an output between two slices of bread but it's good to enjoy even a few minutes of our beautiful country

Wow, great view!
Thank you for making us discover a corner of your country! There was no medieval villages in Quebec.
