Who am I?

Under the nickname "The Friend Ricoré" hides Michael, Grenoble, thirties. I am married to Celia and proud father of little Marty since October 30, 2009.

Coté CAP: I run 4-5 times a week since 2007 and try to align myself with a dozen competitions a year.
